CINCO DE MAYO: TAMALES & MORE
Friday, May 2 - 6:00-9:00 pm

Bring your people and join us for a Cinco de Mayo party where many hands make light work with lots of smiles and full bellies to boot!

Tamales and pupusas are super versatile, gluten free and freeze well. Having the skill to fill your freezer with real, homemade food throughout the year? That is the gift that keeps on giving.

In class, we’ll mix together corn masa to make tortillas, pupusas AND tamales. We’ll also enjoy an amazingly cheesy appetizer and make some delicious sauces and condiments.

Get your filling and folding hands ready - we have a feast to make - and maybe some new traditions for you and your loved ones!
