Overview
BARBECUE & WHISKEY
Saturday, June 14th, 6 pm
Fire up the grill and raise a glass—this summer evening class is all about bold barbecue flavors, rich Southern staples, and a splash (or two) of whiskey to tie it all together.
We’ll start the night with something smoky and snackable off the grill. You’ll learn how to layer flavor into tangy, tender ribs; fold richness into skillet cornbread; and balance it all with crisp, refreshing sides.
We’ll also sip and sample as we go—discussing whiskey pairings and how to match smoky flavors with bold, bright drinks. Whether you're here to up your grilling game or just enjoy an evening of indulgence, this class delivers the smoky, sticky, savory-sweet satisfaction of a true summer cookout.
