What better way to spend a Sunday morning that joining a friend or four and coming to the farm for brunch? Are you new to cast iron cooking or want to learn a few new ideas for brunch?
Join us and learn why it makes a difference to use cast iron for sauteing, baking and grilling. From brunch entree through dessert, you'll discover a few new favorite go-to recipes that are simply better out of a hot cast iron pan. Not to mention adorable as well.
We'll give you the tricks to make the perfect bake up the bubbliest dutch baby, how to turn end of summer produce into a beautiful one dish meal and create a seasonal summertime hash with perfectly poached farm eggs!
You will leave confident and informed about how to best utilize and care for your cast iron.
