We love a good taco — savory fillings, crisp toppings, and flavorful sauces that bring everything to life. But who says tacos have to be limited to your classic Mexican favorites?

In Tacos Without Borders, we’re taking taco night global. Inspired by the fun fusion flavors we’ve been seeing in restaurants around our area, this hands-on class will guide you through building bold, creative tacos that pull inspiration from different regions and cuisines. You’ll roll up your sleeves, cook together, and learn how to balance textures and flavors so every bite hits just right.

Along the way, you’ll also make a variety of sauces, condiments, and finishing touches that don’t just elevate tacos — they’ll become go-to staples you’ll use all week long to upgrade burgers, rice bowls, grilled meats, roasted vegetables, and easy weeknight dinners.

YOU WILL LEARN

  • How to make traditional flour taco shells
  • How to make and use homemade flatbread
  • How to craft tasty condiments to use throughout many menus


Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
  • You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
  • Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
  • You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
