Spring baking is the best kind of baking—and Easter gives us the perfect excuse to go all in. In this festive, hands-on class, we’ll create bright, cheerful treats filled with the flavors of the season: zesty lemon, warm carrot cake spice, and buttery pistachio goodness. You’ll sharpen core baking techniques that make everything you bake better, and you’ll leave with beautiful desserts that are perfect for sharing at your Easter table (or keeping all to yourself—we won’t judge). |

YOU WILL LEARN
- Master the creaming method for light, tender baked goods
- Bake a perfectly moist carrot cake cupcake (and learn easy flavor variations)
- Make a buttery shortbread crust ideal for lemon bars and beyond
Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
- You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
- Classes culminate in a family style light lunch around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
- You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
