Every culture the world over has their own special kind of dumpling. Tender dough, and delicious fillings make for so many options in the culinary world. Let us show you a few of these traditions, so you can be ready to tackle them at home!

YOU WILL LEARN

  • Master a variety of dumpling techniques, including folding, pleating, steaming, and pan-frying.
  • How to build bold, flavorful fillings from scratch.
  • How to make authentic accompaniments to round out each dish.


Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
  • You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
  • Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
  • You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
