Every great holiday meal deserves side dishes that shine just as brightly as the main course. In this hands-on class, we’ll reinvent the classics and give your holiday table a fresh, elegant twist — full of flavor, texture, and color.

Learn how to make a creamy, comforting risotto using hearty grains instead of the usual arborio rice, and discover how to turn seasonal vegetables into irresistible gratins that rival any potato dish. We’ll also explore how to elevate your sauce game with bright, homemade chutneys and a velvety hollandaise that pairs perfectly with fall vegetables.

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
  • You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
  • Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
  • You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
