Do you ever find yourself bored by the same tired cookies? Do you wish a peanut butter or chocolate chip cookie could be more? Do you see viral recipes but feel intimidated by the lack of technique displayed by 2-minute videos? Let us help you change up your roster of treats with some new twists on the classics. Join us at The Kitchen as we work our way through the viral Miso Buttered Toast Cookies that took over the internet - all while our team explains what works step-by-step. We'll practice the creaming method for a cardamom-laced chocolate chunk shortbread and a peanut-y snickerdoodle cookie. And we'll celebrate the bold flavors of olive oil in two ways - mixed into a simple blondie and stirred into the caramel we'll drizzle over the bars. Plus, while we bake we'll explore the fizzy, pink, light and bright wines that seem to go great with all desserts!

You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided. This is a hands-on class and you may do as much or as little as you wish. Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
