THANKSGIVING REHEARSAL
Saturday, November 22nd, 10 am - 2 pm
Are you intimidated by what most people believe is the food holiday of the year? Or are you looking to get new ideas and shake up the old standbys? We’ll do a big practice round for the upcoming holiday. To brine or not to brine your turkey? We’ll cover that. How to make the perfect moist stuffing, with many variations. We’ll shake up those tired vegetables side dishes. And don’t forget dessert. We’ll make some updated desserts to impress your guests. You’ll walk away with the confidence you need to plan, time, and execute a perfect holiday meal. And we will have our own feast at the farm table to end the day.
