BRUNCH & BUBBLES: SUMMER BENEDICTS

What better way to spend a Sunday, than joining a friend or four and coming to the farm for brunch? You'll sip some sparkling wine while learning everything to know about how to conquer the intimidating, yet delicious menu favorite: Eggs Benedict. You'll learn the tricks to make English muffins from scratch and de-mystify hollandaise so you'll always be successful. And in case you were looking for new summery flavors to add to the table - we'll make our Benedicts with smoked salmon, avocado, bacon and garden fresh tomatoes. Maybe most importantly, we'll explore the many secrets to making a perfectly poached egg, whether you enjoy it immediately or if you're poaching eggs for a crowd. We'll round out our brunch with summery side dishes and a delectable "dessert" before sending out out to enjoy your Sunday.

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
  • You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
  • Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
  • You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
