EASY WEEKNIGHT MEALS: SHEET PAN MEALS

When life gets busy, sheet pans save the day. In this hands-on class, we’ll show you how to create flavorful, satisfying dinners with minimal fuss and maximum flavor—perfect for busy weeknights. You’ll master the art of layering ingredients so everything cooks to perfection at the same time, learn clever seasoning techniques and discover how to turn one pan into a full, balanced meal.

Best of all? These recipes are simple enough for Tuesday night yet delicious enough to serve to friends. We’ll cook, taste, and send you home with new weeknight heroes.

A welcome cocktail and an additional glass of wine with dinner are included.  Additional wine and beer is available to purchase.

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
  • You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
  • Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
  • You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
