Few dishes say comfort quite like homemade lasagna — bubbling layers of pasta, sauce, and cheese baked to golden perfection. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to take this Italian classic from everyday to extraordinary with time-honored techniques and fresh, seasonal ingredients.

We’ll start by crafting silky sheets of fresh pasta from scratch, then whisk our way to a creamy, rich béchamel that elevates every bite. You’ll layer it all together with flavorful fillings to create a lasagna that’s as beautiful as it is satisfying.

Along the way, we’ll share tips for making lasagna ahead — how to assemble, store, and bake it later without sacrificing texture or flavor — so dinner is always ready when you need it.

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
  • You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
  • Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
  • You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
