BRUNCH & BUBBLES: CREPES!
Saturday, April 4th, 10 am - 1 pm

What makes a great combination? You, a few of your closest friends on a farm on a beautiful Sunday morning, glass of sparkling wine in hand with the not so distant sound of a rooster crowing while you feast on a variety of light and crispy crepes. So many bountifully filled, luscious crepes! If that sounds like a great way to spend a Sunday morning, please come join us!

In this week’s Brunch and Bubble’s series, we will first show you how to make foolproof silky crepe batters, then take them to the pan while swirling like a pro to achieve the thinnest crepe possible. Next, fill them with sweet and savory delights. Ooh La La!

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
  • You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
  • Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
  • You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
