SPANISH TAPAS CLASS
Saturday, June 7th, 2025 6 pm -
Small plates with big flavor is how we view tapas at The Kitchen. Just because you are serving several small items doesn't mean they don't need to make a big impression. In this class we'll be making a classic Spanish Tortilla that will blow your mind! We will be taking the humble potato and the season's first delectable stone fruit and transforming them into some very special items. If you can hear the lyrical sounds of the Spanish countryside in your heart, then you are speaking our language.

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
- You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
- Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
- You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
