Overview

THAI STREET FOOD
Tuesday, February 10th - 6:00-9:00 pm

Thai street food is all about contrast — hot and cool, crunchy and tender, sweet and savory — layered together in a way that feels effortless and electric. In this hands-on class, we’ll explore the techniques that make Thailand’s night markets so irresistible, focusing on balance, freshness, and bold flavor built fast and with confidence.

We will teach you how to make a the best peanut sauce imaginable from scratch, work with rice paper to make deliciously light salad rolls, and how to create two of your new favorite ways to cook pork, all while learning to balance the salty, sour and sweet that is the Thai food!
