New Years resolutions don't start until Monday, right?  

Ease into the New Year with a festive, hands-on brunch class that leans fully into cozy winter cooking and celebratory bubbles. We’ll shake off the holiday hustle, pop a cork (or five), and dive into dishes that are warm, comforting, and just indulgent enough for the first weekend of January.

You’ll learn approachable techniques that elevate classic brunch favorites, from mastering a hollandaise to layering flavor both savory and sweet.

Come with friends, come solo, or bring the whole brunch-loving crew—because starting the year deliciously feels like a resolution worth keeping.

  • how to time brunch cooking to be ready together


Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
  • You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
  • Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
  • You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
