Overview
NEW YEAR - NEW CLASSICS
Saturday, January 3rdh, 6 pm - 9 pm
Ring in the new year with a dinner that celebrates good fortune, comfort, and just the right amount of indulgence. In many parts of Europe, pork and cabbage are traditional symbols of luck and prosperity — and they make for one incredible meal together. In this cozy, hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make perfectly crispy pork schnitzel, tender seared-and-braised cabbage, and buttery spaetzle tossed in brown butter and herbs. We’ll start with a warming winter salad and finish on a sweet note with a decadent German Chocolate Cake — rich, nutty, and worthy of celebration. Join us at The Kitchen as we cook, sip, and toast to new beginnings — with flavors that are simple, soulful, and SO satisfying. |
