THANKSGIVING REHEARSAL
Saturday, November 21st, 10 am - 2 pm
Whether you're hosting Thanksgiving for the very first time or you've been making the same family recipes for decades, there's always something new to learn about preparing the biggest food holiday of the year!
Our annual Thanksgiving Rehearsal is back, and we're inviting you into The Kitchen for a little practice before the big day. We'll tackle the questions that can make holiday cooking intimidating, share some fresh ideas for updating the classics, and teach you the techniques that make all the difference between a good Thanksgiving dinner and a great one.
From choosing and preparing your turkey to mastering the art of stuffing, creating memorable side dishes, and getting dessert on the table, we'll help you build the confidence to pull it all together. Just as importantly, we'll talk about what can be made ahead, how to manage your oven space, and how to time everything so you can actually enjoy the holiday with your guests.
And because the best part of Thanksgiving is gathering around the table, we'll finish our rehearsal with a beautiful family-style feast in the barn. Bring a friend and consider it your chance to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner without the family drama, the mountain of dishes, or the pressure of hosting. Just good food, a glass of wine, and plenty of inspiration to take home!
Please note, this is 4 hour class (a whole Thanksgiving meal is no joke!)
Class culminates in a family-style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables. Enjoy a glass of wine, beer, or a non-alcoholic beverage upon arrival and another with dinner.
