DATE NIGHT: AUTUMN HARVEST DINNER PARTY!

The best part of autumn is enjoying dinner outside with a few friends and loved ones (and maybe a glass or two of wine), as the nights get cooler. Amp up the enjoyment knowing you’re sharing a meal harvested from your own garden!

Working with the bounty of the season and the backdrop of our farm, we’ll prepare a menu that’s elegant yet approachable—centered around fragrant cedar plank salmon that’s perfect for cooler-weather entertaining. You’ll gain tips for make-ahead prep, plating with style, and creating an atmosphere that invites your guests to linger. The evening ends with a shared meal and plenty of inspiration for your next gathering.

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
  • You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
  • Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
  • You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
