SUMMER HARVEST DINNER PARTY
Thursday, July 31st, 6 pm - 9 pm
The best part of summer is enjoying dinner outside with a few friends and loved ones (and maybe a glass or two of wine). Amp up the enjoyment knowing you’re sharing a meal harvested from your own garden!
Join us to learn some of our favorite ways to share the bounty of the summer. We’ll grill pork with the perfect, simple marinade and a tart, crunchy fruit-and-grain topping. We’ll enjoy the simplicity of peak produce as we turn colorful summer squash into delicately seasoned ribbons and explore flavorful herbs that you’ll want for your own herb beds. Plus we’ll sweeten things up with a bright cobbler with a corny twist.

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
- You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
- Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
- You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
