FOODIE'S NIGHT OUT: SOUTH AMERICAN TABLE
Thursday, July 17th, 6 pm - 9 pm

Come on a culinary journey with us to our neighbors of the south, sparking notions of adventure, vibrant color, fun and passion. In this class we are going to explore the flavors and textures of Venezuela, Peru, Bolivia and Chile. Working with delicate pastry, frying plantains and using steam to create an amazing corn dish that will leave you wanting more. We will even show you how to make Brazil's most beloved confection!

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
  • You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
  • Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
  • You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
