FLOUR POWER: CROISSANTS

With the smell of croissants baking and the addition of butter, butter and some more butter, The Kitchen will be reminiscent of a Parisian bakery - where enjoying a layered, flaky croissant is such a deliciously wonderful pastime.

If you have ever wanted to learn the art of laminating dough, but have been put off by all of the work that goes into it, don’t be! We will show you how croissants are actually easy to prepare with a bit of guidance.

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
  • You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
  • Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
  • You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
