WINTER PASTA WORKSHOP
Friday, January 2nd, 6 pm - 9 pm
Start the New Year with new skills and flour on your hands! In this hands-on pasta workshop, we’ll dive into three distinctive styles of pasta that showcase the flavors of winter — from rich and rustic to light and bright. You’ll learn how to roll and cut tagliatelle for a traditional Bolognese, shape delicate tortellini filled with lemon and herbs, and learn the secrets to pillowy Parmesan gnocchi. You'll learn saucework, too. You'll learn how to make a delicious romesco that is so versatile, you''ll want to make it year round. It’s a night of warmth, good company, and the simple pleasure of handmade pasta — perfect for cozy January evenings. Come cook, learn, and share a meal around our barnwood table as we welcome 2025 the Italian way. |
