Fish, crustaceans, and shellfish are rich in minerals, and omegas offer a lean alternative to other meats, but they can be tricky to cook properly so they become a family favorite.

Learn about fish and shellfish and how best to prepare them in this class. Join us in The Kitchen to learn about fish and shellfish and how best to prepare them.

You will walk away more confident incorporating different species of fish and shellfish into your weeknight meals. From watching how to break down a whole salmon, to learning to sear the most succulent scallop, you’ll be ready to head to the seafood market!

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
  • You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
  • Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
  • You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
