Nothing brings people together like a trend and a food trend is high-key powerful. Send your up and coming chef to us to learn the secrets behind their favorite viral snacks, while gaining confidence with basic skills in the kitchen. We’ll perfect chicken that is so flavorful, it’s always impressive. Master the upside-down puff pastry tart and ever-so-wobbly focaccia. And because forward-thinking is an important, learned skill - we’ll chat meal planning while mixing up a nutritive, vegetable and protein-rich salad that can be enjoyed today, tomorrow or three days from now! Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
- Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
- You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
