SIMPLE SEASONAL SUPPERS: DINING AL FRESCO
Thursday, August 28th, 6 pm - 9 pm
Share an evening with your loved one influenced by the light and vibrant flavors of the Northwest summer where we will be dining under the stars in this outdoor inspired class. We'll show you how to put together a romantic meal for one another that can be enjoyed together on the back patio. Outside we'll grill cedar-plank salmon and juicy fruit for dessert. While inside we'll make a summery sauce to coat grilled salmon and whip up fluffy meringues and vibrant gazpacho, only turning the oven on briefly enough to bake a loaf of fresh focaccia.

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
- You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
- Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
- You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
