FOODIE'S NIGHT OUT: THAI STREET FOOD

The cuisine of Thailand is as diverse as it is delicious — bright herbs, fiery spice, and perfect balance in every bite. In this hands-on class, we’ll explore some of the core techniques and pantry staples that make Thai cooking so exciting and adaptable to your own seasonal kitchen.
We will teach you how to make classic Thai street food favorites that will make dinner a breeze all summer long. We'll share our secrets for making delectable homemade Hainanese chicken rice and show you how to best prepare rice noodles loaded with flavor, all while learning to balance the salty, sour and sweet that is the Thai food!

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
- You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
- Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
- You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
