WEEKNIGHT GRILLING

It's officially grilling season! We have been so pumped to take the cover off the grill, dust off our favorite recipes and open the barn doors for sunshine and friends. Let the team at The Kitchen inspire you to make grilling an any-night affair influenced by the light and vibrant flavors of the Northwest at this grill-focused cooking class to kick off the outdoor cooking season.

We’ll teach you how to make the very best grilled steaks with perfect crosshatch grill marks and a bright, herby sauce to serve with them. We will grill fish and veggies, while we drink wine as the sun sets over the farm.

Our chefs will give you all the tips and tricks you need to make your grilling season absolutely seamless!

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
  • You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
  • Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
  • You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
