Pho is comfort food with quiet depth — the kind of dish that feels simple in the bowl, but reveals incredible intention in the making. In this hands-on class, we’ll explore how Vietnamese cooking builds richness through patience, balance, and thoughtful technique rather than heaviness or excess.
You’ll learn how timing transforms flavor, how texture plays as big a role as seasoning, and how a few foundational skills unlock endless at-home possibilities. Whether you’ve always loved pho or have been intimidated to make it from scratch, this class is designed to demystify the process and give you confidence in every step.
Expect a cozy, immersive evening focused on skill-building, tasting, and understanding why each step matters — so you can recreate the experience long after class is over.

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
- You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
- Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
- You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
