BRUNCH & BUBBLES: FRIENDS WITH BENEDICTS

What better way to spend a Sunday, than joining a friend or four and coming to the farm for brunch? You'll sip some sparkling wine while learning everything to know about how to conquer the intimidating, yet delicious menu favorite: Eggs Benedict. You'll learn the dough type and cooking method to make English muffins from scratch (!!!!), and in case you were looking for new flavors to add to the table - we'll make a benedict withe smoked salmon and salty capers. We'll explore the many secrets to making a perfectly poached egg and a few ways to make a creamy, light and lemony hollandaise. As always, class culminates in a family-style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables. A welcome beverage and an additional glass of wine are included. |

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
- You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
- Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
- You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
