FLOUR POWER: SPRING PIES AND TARTS

Welcome Spring with a bit of pretty pie making!
If crust is scary, have no fear, we’ve got you covered with an easy trick to make the flakiest dough you can imagine. We can’t wait for strawberries, so we are bringing them into The Kitchen for a mouth-watering pie with tart rhubarb!
We’ll transform that same amazingly flaky crust into a savory galette that makes a great brunch or dinner dish. We will also show you how to work with tart dough, make pastry cream and decorate a show-stopping fruit tart sealed with shiny apricot glaze!
You’ll find your baking game kicked up a notch after this class!

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
- You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
- Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
- You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
