FOODIE'S NIGHT OUT: THAI FLAVORS

The cuisine of Thailand is as diverse as it is delicious — bright herbs, fiery spice, and perfect balance in every bite. In this hands-on class, we’ll explore some of the core techniques and pantry staples that make Thai cooking so exciting and adaptable to your own seasonal kitchen.

You’ll learn how to make a fresh curry paste from scratch, work with different types of Asian noodles, and create your new favorite lemongrass marinade for steak — all while mastering the balance of salty, sour, sweet, and spicy that defines truly great Thai food

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
  • You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
  • Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
  • You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
