DATE NIGHT: PERFECT PAELLA

So many great things come from a Spanish pantry: saffron, manchego, chorizo, pimenton, anchovy, sherry vinegar…Let’s use them all to create a celebration around the traditional Spanish dish - Paella! This is the season to use fresh, Pacific Northwest seafood to make a delectable seafood and chorizo paella. Starting with the technique of the perfect roasted sofrito, to the timing of how you assemble the classic paella, you’ll have the confidence to make an event out of this at home. You’ll also learn other great Spanish inspired techniques & bites to round out the meal. |

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
- You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
- Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
- You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
