TAMALE PARTY!
Sunday, November 30th, 4 pm - 7 pm

Few foods bring people together quite like tamales — one of the most comforting and celebrated dishes across Mexico, Central and South America, and beyond. Making tamales is more than just cooking; it’s a time-honored tradition of gathering, sharing stories, and creating something delicious to enjoy together.

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make three different styles of tamales, exploring variations in both dough and wrappers — from corn husks to banana leaves. We’ll discuss fillings, steaming techniques, and even how to freeze and reheat tamales so you can enjoy them long after the party ends.

Come roll up your sleeves, join the fun, and discover why tamale-making is one of the most beloved culinary traditions — equal parts delicious, soulful, and joyfully messy.
