Can Taco Tuesday be the quick and easy answer to the unending question "What's for Dinner?" Absolutely! Can it also be full of flavor? Elevated? Even more FUN!? Yes it can!

We are having a Tuesday night fiesta filled with delicious meats, sauces, and fresh masa tortillas to make your street taco dreams come true. It's peak summer, so of course we'll be spending time at the grill making smoke-kissed carne asada and pork al pastor. Plus well-colored street corn on the cob loaded with flavor. Then we'll head inside for side dishes like salsas and homemade tortilla and beer-soaked beans for a summery twist on refritos.

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
  • You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
  • Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
  • You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
