Fire up the flavor in this hands-on Thai-inspired grilling class! We’ll explore how traditional Thai ingredients—chiles, herbs, citrus, and umami-packed sauces—pair beautifully with the bold, smoky character of live-fire cooking. Whether you're cooking over charcoal, gas, or a wood-fired grill, this class will show you how to create vibrant, balanced dishes that sizzle with summer energy.
Our menu celebrates the sweet, savory, spicy, and tangy flavors of Thai cuisine through a series of grilled dishes that highlight seasonal produce and global pantry staples. From marinated steak and caramelized stone fruit to smoky grilled vegetables and sticky, finger-licking wings, you’ll learn techniques to master the grill and the balance of Thai flavor.

- how to build and balance Thai flavors: sweet, sour, salty, spicy, umami
Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
- You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
- Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
- You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
