WEEKNIGHT PIES AND TARTS

Pies and tarts aren't just for the end of a meal anymore! From breakfast through dessert, pies and tarts provide a vehicle to get delicious food into your family. From foraging and farmer's market finds, to the extra apples that didn't make it into lunchboxes- you can find that a pie (or tart) is your best friend for weeknight meals, yet fancy enough to wow your guests at a dinner party!

  • how to make perfect pie dough every time (even with different flours!)
  • managing moisture in your bakes
  • working with frangipane

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
  • You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
  • Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
  • You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
