CAST IRON FALL
Friday, October 24th, 6 pm
There’s nothing quite like the sizzle of a hot cast iron pan as the weather cools in fall—especially when it’s filled with peak-season ingredients. In this hands-on class, we’ll use cast iron skillets and griddles to build bold, craveable flavors with high heat, seasonal produce, and classic technique. We'll even teach you how to take care of your pan, so it's not an intimidating tool in your kitchen.
You’ll cook a hearty, flavor-packed menu from start to finish, learning how to master the art of cast iron cooking whether you’re at the stove, over coals, or on a grill.
