FOODIE'S NIGHT OUT: SUMMERTIME PAELLA
Wednesday, July 8th 6 pm - 9 pm
So many great things come from a Spanish pantry; saffron, manchego, chorizo, pimenton, sherry vinegar and more! We'll use them all to create a celebration around the traditional Spanish showstopper - paella! We'll add fresh, seasonal Pacific Northwest seafood to a delectable rice, meat and vegetable one-pan feast. We're celebrating Spanish ingredients like manchego cheese and marcona almonds as filling for savory stuffed dates. We'll also toss together a tasty Spanish twist on a Niçoise salad. And don't forget dessert - we're blending up whole oranges for a beautiful, bittersweet cake.
