FALL SOUPS
Thursday, October 16th, 6 pm - 9 pm
There is nothing better to warm you when you are chilled to the bone like a soothing and soulful bowl of soup. The beauty of soup is that it can be enjoyed for many meals and only gets better as a leftover. You'll learn techniques for creating wonderfully complex flavors out of simple pantry staples and how to celebrate the beauty of seasonal produce creating a feast of complex international flavors.
Regardless of the recipe, you'll learn the proper techniques for finishing a soup, managing both its texture and its seasoning, while creating great complimentary sides to round out the meal!
Class culminates in a family-style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables. Enjoy a glass of wine, beer, or a non-alcoholic beverage upon arrival and another with dinner."

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
- You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
- Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
- You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
