STEPPING IT UP: SAUCES, CONDIMENTS AND GARNISHES

There is nothing we love more than vibrant drizzles, crunchy sprinkles and thrilling flavors for garnishing our plates at Winemaker Dinners, Happy Hours and Dinners in the Garden. While in class, we typically aim for the replicable and confidence-boosting ingredients that you can find in most home kitchens, but not this night - it's all about making your plates a little EXTRA! Join us in The Kitchen to learn our favorite out-of-the-ordinary sauces, condiments and garnishes.
We'll share our secrets to vibrant green herb oils, crunchy fried garlic, dusting powders and flavorful infused vinegars as we chat about full utilization of our garden produce so nothing goes to waste. And we'll take sauces you have met before and twist them up in ways you may never have imagined! Together we'll step up stocking your everyday pantry!

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
- You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
- Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
- You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
