FOODIE'S NIGHT OUT:  GREEK MEZZE
Wednesday, June 11th, 6 pm

Gather around The Kitchen table and experience the joy of cooking (and eating) like the Greeks do—generously, seasonally, and with plenty of olive oil. In this hands-on class, we’ll explore the vibrant world of mezze, the small plates meant for sharing that are at the heart of Greek cuisine.

You’ll learn to make traditional favorites like crisp, golden Saganaki (yes, we’re lighting the cheese ON FIRE!) and learn how to use both fresh and preserved grape leaves for a great Greek "finger food".  You'll learn the tricks to the perfect hummus, and why you ALWAYS want to make your own flatbread.

This class is a celebration of bold flavors, shared plates, and summer ingredients—designed to bring people together around the table, mezze-style.
