DATE NIGHT: CAST IRON SPRING
Saturday, April 25th, 6 pm - 9 pm
Many people have a cast iron pan but aren’t sure how to make the best use of it. Learn why it makes a difference to use cast iron in certain applications. From entree through dessert, you’ll discover new favorite go-to recipes that are simply better out of a hot cast iron pan. We are going to be using the best produce Spring has to offer in this appetizing and craveable menu.

- How to care for your family’s favorite new skillet
Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
- You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
- Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
- You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
