If you’ve ever dreamed of baking a beautiful layer cake from scratch—but didn’t know where to start—this is the class for you. In this hands-on baking workshop, we’ll guide you step-by-step through the process of making, stacking, filling, and decorating a showstopping seasonal cake.
You’ll learn the building blocks of great cake baking—from mixing tender, flavorful layers to whipping up a silky buttercream and adding simple yet stunning finishing touches. Whether you’re celebrating something special or just want to level up your baking game, this class will leave you feeling confident, creative, and cake-ready.
Come solo or bring a friend—everyone leaves with their own beautifully decorated cake (and plenty of tips and tricks for making it again at home).

- Crumb coating and smoothly frosting a cake
- Basic piping techniques for borders, swirls, or rosettes
Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
- You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and lunch will be provided.
- You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
