FOODIE'S NIGHT OUT: KOREAN TABLE

You asked, and we answered—Korean cuisine is coming to The Kitchen at Middleground Farms! In this flavor-packed class, we’ll dive into the bold, savory world of gochujang, sesame oil, garlic, and umami-rich marinades. You’ll learn how to make a quick kimchi, master bulgogi beef, and build a beautiful bibimbap bowl with vibrant vegetables and big flavor in every bite. We’ll finish on a sweet note with a traditional Korean honey pastry that’s as stunning as it is delicious.

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
  • You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
  • Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
  • You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
