Fluffy and tender, rich and moist. Tiramisu is a classic Italian dessert we are absolutely obsessed with - and for good cause! This is a favorite of pastry chefs and dessert-lovers alike because of its technical prowess and delicious flavor profile. Coffee, custard and cocoa were made to be best friends! But we aren't stopping there! We'll complete our tour around Italy by learning to make crispy, fried zeppole and chilly semifreddo!

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
- You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
- Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
- You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
