FOODIE'S NIGHT OUT: HANDMADE PASTA

 Join us to learn the art of making your own fresh pasta!

When was the last time you actually used your pasta machine? Come join us on the farm for a beautiful fall evening, exploring a variety of ways to keep your pasta repertoire exciting! Different shapes, new sauces, and delightful ways to use our famous Oregon summer bounty.

We’ll help you learn how easy it is to create and roll fresh dough and make quick delicious sauces. We’ll talk about how to utilize that box of orzo in the back of your cupboard to make an elegant and quick meal.

Highlights

YOU WILL LEARN

  • to make hand rolled and cut shapes
  • to make stuffed pasta and filling tips
  • to make delicious quick sauces to make even boxed pasta sing!

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
  • You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
  • Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
  • You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
