Do you covet those cute, little French macarons that seem to have endless possibilities of colors and flavors? Do you daydream about possible uses for luster dust? Does your mind spin with ideas of how to create these little works of art at home, but are afraid that Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith will scowl in dismay?

Well, have no fear!

We are here to help.You’ll learn how to make the perfect meringue, a versatile buttercream frosting and the best use of chocolate ganache. You will be beam with pride over your little masterpieces as you gobble them up with glee!

YOU WILL LEARN

  • How to make a meringue.
  • How to make and use Swiss Buttercream Frosting.
  • How to properly pipe and execute a macaronage.
Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
  • You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
  • Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
  • You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
