Did you know...Sushi isn’t just about raw fish and soy sauce? Sushi is all about the rice!
Chefs Jason and Katie are going to show you how to wash, season and work with it to make all your favorite rolls and more!
But don’t think for a moment that we won’t be going over how to choose, prepare and use your favorite fish and how to prepare all the other components to make your sushi dreams a reality. We couldn’t present this class without classic sides like cucumber salad and miso soup and we will enjoy a delightful dessert as well!

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
- You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
- Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
- You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
