We are off to explore the flavors of Malaysia and Indonesia in the Kitchen! We are so excited to be sharing the tastes of Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta with you. Fragrant curries, fresh herbs, and earthy spices combine to make some of the most satisfying foods around. An exploration of flavors and textures that are more approachable than you might think. Come on this vibrant, exciting culinary adventure with us, and you'll leave with memories to cherish and some fun new recipes.

- Making flavorful curry with fresh herbs and spices

- Making homemade samba (chili paste)
- How to make and cook roti dough
Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
- You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
- Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
- You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
