A diet rich in things from the earth is not just for vegetarians, but many of us are only comfortable with the basics of meat & potato cookery. Come learn how to do the most with vegetables, even if your diet enjoys meat.  During the late summer months in the Oregon, it's really easy to eat vegetarian. Our plates are full of the most beautiful bounty. Join us as we gain inspiration from the summer vegetable harvest, and learn how to each a rich, filling, satisfying plant based diet.

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
  • You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
  • Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
  • You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
